The Midwest Trust Center Announces Its 2026-27 Season

It’s going to be one of the best ever!

The new season is packed with dance, classical music, jazz, theater, comedy, and two blockbuster Film‑in‑Concert events. On this episode of The KC Arts Beat Report, Midwest Trust Center’s Executive Director Stacie McDaniel takes Patrick Neas through the season — from Nutcracker and the Mouse King to Bach Aria Soloists and Rodney Marsalis to the Blind Boys of Alabama, Winterlude’s Mardi Gras Mambo, and the cinematic power of Black Panther and the swoony Scottish romanticism of Outlander, both accompanied by live orchestra. It’s one of the most wide‑ranging, joy‑filled seasons the Midwest Trust Center has ever assembled.
